The Business Officer Institute (BOI)
Is a four-day residential institute for selected business officers throughout the University of California. Attending plenary session presentations and participating in small-group discussions of case studies, BOI participants explore everyday issues that business officers face in the workplace.

Costs
The Office of the President covers most of the costs of the Institute, including guest rooms, the first night's dinner, and all breakfasts and lunches for all participants. The participants' locations are expected to cover the costs of travel and dinners on the other nights. To help defray travel costs, sessions are offered twice a year alternately in northern and southern California.
