The Business Officer Institute (BOI)
Is a four-day residential institute for selected business officers throughout the University of California. Attending plenary session presentations and participating in small-group discussions of case studies, BOI participants explore everyday issues that business officers face in the workplace.

Costs
The Office of the President covers all the program and meal costs of the Institute, which includes breakfast, lunch and breaks, as well as the Opening Dinner on Monday November 26, 2012.  For BOI this year, the participants' locations are expected to cover the costs of travel, hotel, parking and dinners on November 27 and November 28.

To help defray travel costs, sessions are usually offered once per year alternately in northern or southern California.
