Update on Ergonomics

The first citations were recently issued under the California Ergonomics standards by the state Division of Occupational Safety and Health. The San Francisco International Airport and Ampco Parking were both cited for failure to implement engineering controls to prevent repetitive motion injuries. Though the regulations discussed about continue to be the subject of litigations, they are in place and are being actively enforced by Cal/OSHA.
