UC Online
UC Online Education is a systemwide initiative to develop high-caliber, credit-bearing courses as part of UC's undergraduate curriculum.
By working with faculty to develop engaging, academically-rich online courses, UC Online Education is focused on incorporating online learning as a part of the delivery of a world-class UC education.
The program aims to provide more flexibility for student learning, while increasing access to the high-demand, gateway courses students need to progress toward their degree.
As of January 2013, over 1700 UC students have enrolled in courses offered through UC Online.
