Ron Oshima
is the Director of Systemwide Training and Organizational Effectiveness at UCOP. His unit is responsible for the development and delivery of training and consulting at OP and the facilitation of systemwide training and organizational effectiveness consulting. Ron's education includes certificates in leadership education from Harvard University and UCLA and degrees from Stanford University and San Francisco State University. Prior to joining UCOP, Oshima's professional experience included a management role at LBNL and leadership and management consulting to institutions in higher education, public utilities, financial services, and health maintenance organizations.
