Kay Miller
is executive director of Client Relations and Diversity in the UC Office of the President. In that role, she serves of the chief operations officer for the University’s retirement and health and welfare plans and programs, managing those units that serve as the primary points-of-contact for more than 300,000 active, retired, and inactive faculty and staff. Prior to her current appointment, Miller served as director of UCOP Human Resources and director of Retirement Services at the Office of the President. She served as executive officer in Campus Human Resources at UCLA before coming to the Office of the President. Miller also held positions in Human Resources at California State University and the University of Southern California. Miller graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Dominguez Hills, where she also earned a Master of Public Administration.
