Kathy Mendonca
is a Senior Learning Consultant for Systemwide Training and Organizational Effectiveness at UCOP. Her responsibilities include assessment of organizational needs and development and delivery of local and systemwide training courses and consulting services. Mendonca is a graduate of UC Riverside with a B.A. in psychology and sociology. In addition, she received her Training and Human Resource Development Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension. She is the current chair-elect for the Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA).
