Judith Hopkinson
is the former Chief Operating Officer of Ameriquest Capital Corporation. Hopkinson holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to entering the private sector, she served as Director of Development for the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and as Deputy Director of the Pasadena Redevelopent Agency. Hopkinson served on the California Transportation Commission from 1982-1987 and on the board of directors of the Rail Construction Company from 1990 to 1993. Hopkinson was appointed as Regent in March 1999 by Governor Davis to a term ending in 2009.
