Andrew Clark
is the manager of the Retiree Insurance Program in Human Resources and Benefits at Office of the President. He is responsible for eligibility, Medicare coordination and premium payments for more than 40,000 retirees, survivors and disabled employees. Clark is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting. Additionally, he is working towards his Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Decision Science and Operations from San Francisco State University. Clark is the current chair of the Workforce Evolution workgroup for the Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) and is the Chair of the Office of the President's Staff Assembly (UCOPA).
