Who should attend the UCLI?
The UCLI is designed for managers who supervise supervisors or those who have major programmatic responsibilities.
How often will the UCLI take place?
We expect UCLI to be offered once a year. The next program is scheduled for October 15-17, Irvine Hyatt Regency. Subsequent programs have not yet been scheduled.
Who pays for my attendance at the UCLI?
There is a $350.00 registration fee. Each participant is also responsible for travel and hotel costs. We have secured a group rate of $129.00 per night during the conference period.
Has a room been reserved for me at the hotel?
No. Once you have registered for UCLI, you can follow the link to the hotel to reserve your own room.
What about meals during the Program?
Your registration fee includes dinner on Sunday evening and continental breakfasts and lunches on Monday and Tuesday. You are responsible for any other meals or refreshments.
Are vegetarian or other special dietary meals provided?
Yes. You will need to indicate vegetarian meals on the registration form. For more information, contact Bilha Coen at Bilha.Coen@ucop.edu.

What time does the conference end?
The UCLI is scheduled to end at 2:30 p.m. on the last day. Participants should therefore schedule return flights for no earlier than 4:00 p.m. to allow enough time to get to the airport.
How should I dress?
Dress for the UCLI is business casual.
How do I register for UCLI?
Contact your location’s UCLI coordinator, if you are interested in attending. If you already have a password, you may register by completing the registration form.
