Dr. Charles Ratliff’s experience spans more than three decades in postsecondary education administration, strategic planning, and policy development and implementation. His presentation, "Smart Partnerships: Working Effectively and Collaboratively with Community Organizations," engages meeting participants in an invigorating and interactive discussion about developing strategies that promote and facilitate effective campus-community collaborative relationships. Dr. Ratliff also conducts a group exercise that helps participants to further identify and develop a greater awareness of the essential elements of successful and sustainable collaborative partnerships.
