Connexxus

Connexxus

Connexxus is the UC & CSU system wide travel program that combines discounts with a range of booking options, providing value, flexibility, and convenience for UC and CSU business travelers.

Connexxus aims to identify, procure, and manage an efficient, cost-effective, and comprehensive travel program across all UC and CSU locations. The program features supplier contracts that contain industry-leading terms and conditions coupled with high utilization rates for sourceable commodities such as agencies, rental cars, hotels, and airfare. Connexxus focuses on ease-of-use for the traveler, including a single travel portal with online booking tools. In addition, Connexxus travelers are automatically registered for travel accident insurance coverage in the event of a medical emergency, natural disaster, or any other event that requires coordination and communication to arrange transport or evacuation.

How to use: Log in to the secure Connexxus portal which includes links to booking options and agent contact information along with Connexxus program tools and resources.

Benefits: Excellent pricing is achieved through UC and CSU negotiations with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies.

Background: The UC Travel Management Council, representing all campuses, medical centers, and national laboratories, developed Connexxus. The council gathered input from UC travelers using a survey and focus groups. The central Travel Management Office at the UC Office of the President provides guidance and coordination for Connexxus, one of the largest managed travel programs.
