Project Lead

As a project manager, Gale brings over 20 years of experience managing resources and implementing strategic communication plans on multi-faceted projects. Her roots are in marketing communications and she has leveraged this foundation across many disciplines, mediums, and various-sized organizations. 

Gale manages projects by employing relationship management skills, as well as project management methodologies and tools, to set critical paths and to launch projects successfully. Her management style is based on team building and on mutual respect for all team members. Gale uses humor to keep a team grounded and is not above using chocolate to keep a team motivated.
