Risk Services Information Systems

The risk management information systems are external sites providing the University of California with claims administration, broker services, and certificate of insurance tracking. A login id and password are required to access these sites.

• Valley Oak Systems (VOS)
  • UC Support/Help Desk - provides support for all users of the VOS risk information system. UC Support is the first line to provide assistance with system and network issues, logins, password resets, change requests, and report issues.
  • UC IT - UC IT provides services for the connectivity of the system and the network hardware, computer imaging, and security access.
  • VOS Welcome Packet (Intranet or Valley Oak UC Support web site) - A users handy guide to information, procedures and processes for the UC/Valley Oak Systems.

  • Broker Services - information and assistance in placing insurance for the University
  • Insurance Policy Summaries - Summaries of all insurance policies issued to the University by type of insurance.
  • Certificates of Insurance - request form for issuing certificates of insurance for the University's insured and excess coverages
• UC Tracker (Exegis)
  • Certificate of Insurance tracking system for all certificates issued to the University. UC Tracker checks the compliance for insurance carried by vendors, contractors, and consultants.
