Environment, Health and Safety
Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) is designated to provide policy direction and technical assistance to the University of California Campuses, Medical Centers, National Labs and the Department of Agricultural & Natural Resources in achieving their goal of maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all users. The unit also provides staff support and liaison to the University of California Centers for Occupational & Environmental Health (COEH) and it’s Statewide Advisory Committee. The unit acts in an oversight capacity for technical issues, projects, and programs by formulating response to EH&S regulatory issues that may impact the University.
