Reporting an International Workers' Compensation claim

All claims that arise from this policy will be administered by ACE's claim administrator, ESIS. ESIS has dedicated a claims supervisor who oversees all UC claims. This supervisor is your primary contact for reporting new losses and obtaining status information.

Whenever a UC employee is injured outside of the United States their injury should be reported directly to Danielle Barton at ESIS Claims in Portland, Oregon.  To report a claim, complete the Acord Reporting Form (pdf) and email it to Danielle Barton. The Acord Reporting Form can also be faxed to Danielle at the fax number above.
