Real Estate Services Group

The Real Estate Services Group is responsible for policy and oversight of transactions, transaction approvals and other activities pertaining to university-related real estate (real estate used in the university's mission). We develop and oversee real estate policies and negotiate and document purchases, sales and ground leases. We also support campus leasing activities, perform due diligence and provide consulting services, training, documents and forms. We are responsible for accepting, managing and selling endowment real estate on behalf of the regents and for consulting on real estate matters with the campus foundations.
