Subject: California Environment Protection Agency Interagency Master Agreement No. 98-004, Amendment
No. 4
This memo transmits a copy of the subject Amendment No. 4 which extends this Master Agreement until June 30, 2002 and increases the maximum amount payable by the EPA to the University by $1,120,000 from $1,889,871 to $3,009,871.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.

INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 10th day of April, 2001,by and between the undersigned
State agencies:
Set forth services, materials, or equipment to be furnished, or work to be performed, and by whom, time for performance including the terms, date of commencement and date of completion, and provision for payment per (1225 and 8752-8752. 1 SAM.)
Both parties hereby agree to amend Interagency Agreement No. 98-004 as follows:
1. Extend the period of performance through June 30, 2002.
2. Add $1,120,000 for a total amount not to exceed $3,009,871.
Except as hereby amended, all terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect.
