CONTRACT AND GRANT OFFICERS 

Subject: California Environmental Protection Agency - Interagency Master Agreement No. 98-004, Amendment No. 3. 

This memo transmits a copy of the subject Amendment No. 3, which extends the Agreement until June 30, 2001, and increases the maximum amount payable by the Agency to the University by $889,871 from $1,000.000 to $1,889,871. 

All other terms and conditions remain the same.

INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT

This AGREEMENT is entered into this 30^th day of June 2000, of and between the undersigned State Agencies:

Set forth services, materials, or equipment to be furnished. or work to be performed, and by whom, time for performance including the terms, date of commencement and date of completion, and provision for payment per (1225 and 8752-8752.1 SAM.)

Both parties hereby agree to amend Interagency Agreement No. 98-004 as follows:

1) Increase funding by $889,871 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,889,871; and

2) Extend the period of performance through June 30, 2001.

Except as hereby amended, all terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect.
