Research and Education Program (FREP) -- Amendment 3
This memo transmits Amendment 3 to subject Interagency Master Agreement. Amendment 3 increases the IMA by $459,566.00
to a new total of $1,554,591.00.
Amendment 3 allows FREP to continue providing campuses with Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), which can be effective
until the end date of June 30, 2002 under this IMA.

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this the 1st day of February, 2000, by and between the undersigned State Agencies:
Set forth services, materials, or equipment to be furnished, or work to be performed, and by whom, time for performance including the terms, date of commencement and date of completion, and provision for payment per (1225 and 8752-8752.1 SAM.)
This agreement is amended as follows:
INCREASE the total dollar amount by $459,666.00 to an amended amount not to exceed $1,554,591.00.
INCLUDE the attached Exhibit A.1 and by this reference made a part hereof.
All other terms and conditions of the original agreement as amended shall be in full force and effect.

Fertilizer Research and Education Program
Ten projects associated with University of California have received funding approval form the California Department of Food and Agriculture. These projects will be administered under the Interagency Master Agreement 97-0365 between the University of California and the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Fertilizer Research and Education Program.
