Subject: Interagency Master Agreement (IMA) No. 97-0365, Department Of Food and Agriculture (CFDA), Fertilizer Research and Education Program (FREP) -- Amendments I and II

This memo transmits Amendments I and II to the subject Interagency Master Agreement. Amendment I originally increased the IMA by $650,000 to a new total of $900,025. Then Amendment II extended the end date of the IMA from January 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002 and increased the total to $1,095,025.

Amendment II allows FREP to continue providing campuses with Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) which can be effective until the new end date of June 30, 2002 under this IMA.
