Subject: FAR, DFARS and NASA FAR Supplement Clause Databases - Annual Update

Enclosure 1 is a listing of the clauses that are in the OP RAO FAR clause database, showing clause number, title [including Alternate(s) if any], date, location in the FAR where the clause is prescribed, references to any C&G Memo or other document where the clause is discussed, and any comments.

Enclosures 2 and 3 are similar listings for the DoD and NASA FAR Supplements. All three databases are current as of February 28, 1997.

These enclosures entirely supersede those distributed with Contract and Grant Memo No. 96-04 (February 16, 1996). The databases are also available via the RAO home page on the Worldwide Web, at /raohome/.
