MASTER AGREEMENT 65Q346

The parties hereto mutually agree to amend the Standard Agreement 65Q346, the Transportation Research Master Agreement, dated July 1, 1991 as follows:

Article III, Period of Performance, is amended to read as follows:

This Transportation Research Master Agreement shall begin on July 1, 1991, contingent upon approval by the State, and terminate on December 31, 1996, unless extended by amendment to this Agreement.

All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
