Subject: FAR, DFARS and NASA FAR Supplement Clause Databases - Annual Update
Enclosure 1 is a listing of the clauses that are in the OP RAO FAR clause database, showing clause number, title [including Alternate(s) if any], date, location in the FAR where the clause is prescribed, references to any C& G Memo or other document where the clause is discussed, and any comments.
Enclosures 2 and 3 are similar listings for the DoD and NASA FAR Supplements. All three databases are current as of 12/31/94.
These enclosures entirely supersede those distributed with Contract and Grant Memo No. 94-1 (January 7, 1994). The databases are available in electronic form (Foxpro 2.5 format) and can be obtained by sending a formatted diskette to Bill Sellers. The files can also be obtained from our FTP server. "Get" the .dbf files from the \FAR subdirectory; the server address is parrot.ucop.edu.
