In response to several requests, we have put together a summary table showing employee fringe benefit rates for the past five years:

We are also enclosing a corrected last page of the enclosure to C&G Memo 94-20 (12/12/94) to emend item #8, FICA. The labels for the lines for Medicare and OASDI were accidentally reversed.
