Pre-register as a Small Business Vendor of Goods/Services to U.C. (non-construction/design)
To pre-register as a vendor for the University of California, the following items must be provided and complete:
- A completed business information form (select appropriate form):
- Supplier of Goods and Services
- Independent Consultant
- A certificate of Insurance, if providing a service, with limits in accordance with UC Policy BUS-63
- Current copy of certification by the US Small Business Administration if claiming small disadvantaged or woman owned status.
- A Current copy of business, or trade professional licenses as may be required for work.
- Any information that best illustrates your particular product or service.
