Master Lessor List
The following lessors have accepted the terms of the University of California standard lease documents (pdf) without modification. This does not mean that these are the only lessors permissible or that use of these lessors is mandatory. Other lessors may be used provided they accept the standard University of California lease terms or that other lease terms are approved by the Office of General Counsel. Any lessor who wishes to be added to this list by accepting the standard lease terms should contact at the UC Office of the President at 510-987-0474.
The following documents will be requested:
- A letter on company letterhead, signed by an authorized company representative, stating a) your intent to be included on the University of California Approved Lessor list, and b) your acceptance, without modification, of the University of California lease terms;
- A completed business information form
- A list of 5 references
- A current and comprehensive Dunn & Bradstreet report
- Certificate of Insurance with UC listed as additional insured
