Becoming a UC supplier
We invite you to register as a supplier in our online bid solicitation application. This application provides a complete one-stop solution for suppliers participating in University of California sourcing events. The information provided helps us track supplier activity, measure progress against goals for small business outreach efforts, and shorten the administrative timeline toward a mutually beneficial agreement and monitor compliance with required state and federal codes. To begin your registration, please visit the University of California public site and click Supplier Log In.
All you will need to register is:
- Tax Identification Number (FEIN)
- List of Commodities You Offer (NAICS)
- Dun and Bradstreet DUNS Number (optional)
- Additional Contacts (optional)
Register now to participate in systemwide, multi-campus and campus specific sourcing events online. A Training Video and Quick Reference Guide are available, assisting with registration and a demonstration of the online bidding process.
