General Description
Represents the employee's Primary Pay Schedule (from PCM) at either the
time of the Final Pay or the preliminary eligibility for the Final Pay. This is a transitory
element associated with the Final Pay Indicator (EDB0771). This element is re-initialized to
blanks on the next normal cycle after the cycle associated with the Final
Pay has completed.
