General Description
This element is used during the Payroll Compute and the OPT1 process and indicates the status of
Final Pay activity for the employee. This element is transitory in nature and
provides the communication between the Rush Check process, Final Pay cycles and the standard
pay cycles for a period of time represented by the employee's normal pay schedule. After this
pay cycle time span, this element will be re-initialized to blanks for possible re-use dependent
on whether employment is eventually extended. This element is blocked from explicit
update by the user. Other elements associated with this element are the Final Pay Cycle (EDB0772)
and the Final Pay Date (EDB0773).
Code Interpretation
Blank - Normal - Not Final Pay
Y - Rush Check Final Pay issuance
F - Final pay issued by Final Pay Compute
P - Pending or paid by Final Pay Compute
Z - Rush Check final pay issuance after selection for Final Pay Compute and after normal pay
cycle completed
