Counselor Conference Registration OpenRegistration is now open for UC's fall 2008 Counselor Conferences. This fall's conferences will be held at six sites: the Sacramento Convention Center (Sept. 12, hosted by UC's Office of the President), UC Berkeley (Sept. 13), UC Santa Barbara (Sept. 16), UCLA (Sept. 17), UC Riverside (Sept. 18) and UC Merced (Sept. 20). The Counselor Conferences are designed to be helpful to anyone who advises students about higher education, from new and seasoned community college counselors to career guidance counselors, principals and teachers. Each conference includes updates on University of California admissions policies, and panel discussions, workshops and materials provide the latest information on freshman and transfer admission requirements, financial aid, the online application and course articulation. In addition, representatives from all nine undergraduate campuses are on hand to answer questions. :: For more details on the Counselor Conferences and to register, visit the Counselor Conference page. |
