UCLATours and More Now on iTunesUCLA has a new way to reach prospective students: iTunes. The popular digital media player application now features lectures, virtual campus tours, interviews with students, internship news and even workout tips from Bruins athletes on iTunes U. The content from UCLA can be downloaded at itunes.ucla.edu. The UCLA pilot project is part of Apple Inc.'s collaboration with universities around the United States. There are 20 UCLA campus units already on iTunes U, including the Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science, the Graduate School of Education and Information Studies, and the Anderson School of Management. UCLA on iTunes U is open to the public, but plans include the addition of password-protected sites for select users, such as students enrolled in a course being podcast. |
