There's Still Time to Apply to UC Merced and UC Riverside

Although all campuses will be closed for spring quarter 2008 and the official filing period for winter quarter and spring semester has closed, UC Riverside is still accepting applications for winter quarter. UC Merced is accepting applications for spring semester.

UC Riverside will accept transfer, second-baccalaureate and limited-status applications for winter quarter, except for Biochemistry, Chemistry and Undeclared majors. It will close to international applicants on Sept. 14 and to all others October 31.

UC Merced's spring semester is open to freshmen, and to sophomore and junior transfer students, except for nonimmigrant international students and Undecided/Undeclared majors. The campus closes to all applicants Sept. 30.

Students interested in applying must download a paper application, fill it out and submit it by mail.
