Fall 2008 Application Cycle Set to Begin

The University of California's online application for fall 2008 will open in October at www.universityofcalifornia.edu/apply. Prospective students may begin working on their applications early, but may not submit them until the filing period opens November 1.

The University prefers that prospective students file online applications. However, students who need a paper application may download one and an accompanying instruction booklet at www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/download.

To request a paper application by mail, prospective students should write to ucinfo@ucapplication.net. The request should include the student's name, mailing address and the term for which he or she plans to apply. The student also should indicate whether a freshman or transfer application is needed.
