New Web Server - UCOP AD User ID and Password
Once you have received your UCOP AD User ID and Password, use them to access the links to Operational Tools directly below. For PTS NUI users, this user ID and password is the same.

If you know your current UCOP AD password and want to reset it, please go to https://ottwebapps.ucop.edu/ChangePass/ChangePass.aspx and enter your user name & current password. UCOP AD passwords must be changed every 180 days. You will receive email notification 14 days prior to your next password expiration date.


Faculty Relationships Profile (Password protected) Summary information on funding awards made to a UC Principal Investigator or Co-Principal Investigator. Also summary information on the technology transfer agreements and invention dislosures for a UC inventor.  

Company/UC Relationships Profile (Password protected) Summary information on all research and technology transfer relationships between UC and a company of interest.

 

Equity Holdings (Password protected) Listing of companies in which UC has accepted equity under a licensing-related transaction. Basic transaction information provided.   Non-Profit and State Agency Guidance

Old Web Server - User ID and Password
Please note that you will get a Security Certificate Error or SSL Error each time you access these tools, and you must “continue…” or “proceed anyway”, or add an exception to trust the site (Mozilla Firefox). It is strongly recommended that you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to access password protected sites on the Old Web Server, which includes the ones listed below as well as Ask OTT under Resources for Staff. You may not use Mac Safari for these sites. RPAC is in the process of migrating applicable sites to other locations.
