Groups reconvene to expand on foundation established in Thursday's session. Each group will continue to work within its preassigned area to identify major opportunities and suggest potential organizational and/or policy strategies, directions or actions related to that area.

3:30 WRAP UP AND SYNTHESIS
John Zysman will provide a preliminary synthesis of the Retreat recommendations and outline follow-up actions to be taken.
