NOTICE OF MEETING

This is a Notice of Special Meeting of the Committee on Grounds and Buildings of the University of California Board of Regents on Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 1000 Broadway, Suite 109, in Oakland.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. with public comment, followed by open session.

In the open session, the committee will consider action on environmental and design approval for the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science at UC Davis, the Mayer Hall renovation and addition at UC San Diego, the UC Irvine parking and transportation improvements program, and the UC Irvine campus surge building. The committee will also consider amending the long-range development plan as part of its action on environmental and design approval for UC Riverside's College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences instruction and research facility.

Discussion items include the life cycle cost analysis for capital projects, UC Riverside's CHASS psychology building, UC Berkeley's Starr East Asian Library, and phase two of UC Berkeley's university village housing.
