This is a Notice of a Special Meeting of the University of California Board of Regents' Committee on Grounds and Buildings on Thursday, Sept. 4, at the UC San Francisco-Mission Bay campus, 600 16th St., in San Francisco.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. with public comment, followed by an open session.

At the meeting, the committee will consider action on environmental negative declarations and design approvals for the UC Davis Medical Center's central plant, the expansion and renovation of UCLA's Geffen Playhouse, and an expansion of a UC Irvine student center. Discussion items will include an update on UC Berkeley's Albany Village housing, a UC Santa Barbara campus vision presentation and a parking structure for UCSF-Mission Bay.
