- Share classes and training resources within their location and systemwide
- Create sub-domains for local groups/departments to manage staff training
- Customize the location user domain to fit the look and feel of their local website
- Offer authoring tool or capability of supporting existing course authoring tools
- Define competencies and assign training to individuals by job function
- Maintain training records for performance management and compliance in their user domain
For Environmental Health and Safety and compliance training, the LMS offers the ability to:
- Identify regulatory training requirements based on employee jobs, roles, and/or activities
- Create employee training plans based on training requirements
- Identify, track and report on all employee training activities (including regulatory training and certifications, departmental training and professional development activities)
- Determine who needs regulatory training and who has/has not completed it
- Report training across multiple levels (individual, department, organization)
