Meetings:
RSC met on October 21, 2004 in Oakland and via conference call on January 27, 2005 and April 21, 2005 . Additionally, RSC and HOPS held a joint meeting at UCLA on February 10, 2005 .

UC-Wide VDX/Consortia Borrowing System Implementation
All campuses are up on VDX Lending, all but two campuses are up on VDX Borrowing and approximately five campuses are now Lending to OCLC partners through VDX.

UC-eLinks :
HOPS and RSC met in February to discuss UC-eLinks. RSC and HOPS agreed to form a standing working group comprised of RSC and HOPS members. This group will be able to represent both committees and work together to respond quickly to CDL requests for feedback about UC-eLinks.
Media Sharing :
In July of 2004, SOPAG requested that RSC review the current situation regarding the loan of media items in the UC system. SOPAG asked that RSC explore new possibilities for sharing media and has requested that RSC develop recommendations for making media collections more accessible to UC faculty, staff and students. RSC recently conducted a survey of UC Media Librarians. Results of the survey are being compiled.
Special Collections/ILL Lending Committee:
A joint RSC-HOSC committee has been formed but has not met.
Resource Sharing Code:
RSC has formed a committee to oversee the process of developing a Resource Sharing Code for the UC system. The UC Interlibrary Loan Resource Sharing Code is available on line. The Circulation Advisory Group is working on compiling information about campus-specific circulation policies.
