Service Description

UCOP staff members who conduct business from home may request, with the approval of their department, to have Voice Services coordinate installation of DSL, modem, and fax lines at their home. DSL lines are offered through SBC. Installation will be completed approximately within the following amount of time:

• DSL - 10-20 business days
• Modem or Fax - 10 business days

How to Request a Residential Line

• To request a modem or fax line, submit an iRequest.
• To request a DSL line, first submit an iRequest and then submit the DSL application form.
