MeetMe Reservation Form

Please use this form to submit your request for a MeetMe conference call.

Please provide a phone extension to which the conference call may be charged. Failure to submit a recharge extension will delay confirmation of the MeetMe reservation.

MeetMe Dial-in, MeetingID, and Password
A seven-digit dial-in number is assigned to ALL MeetMe conferences. MeetMe conferees must first dial this number. Conferees are then prompted to enter the MeetingID and the 4-digit password followed by the # sign. Please review the confirmation form sent from Voice Services for your assigned dial-in number, MeetingID, and password.

MeetMe Charges (Effective 7/1/03)
$0.005 per participant/per minute/per call
Charges are based on amount of time and number of ports reserved.
Note - $15 cancellation fee will be assessed if notification of cancellation is not received by Voice Services within 24 hours of the MeetMe conference call.
