Service Description

IR&C has universitywide policy responsibility for records and information practices, including records retention and destruction, privacy of information, and access to information. Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Information Resources and Communications, policy development is coordinated by the University Records Management Committee. The committee is chaired by the IR&C Records Manager and consists of the records coordinator from each campus/location, and ex officio members representing the audit, financial management, archives, and legal functions.
