IR&C provides support for UC owned PDAs.

• Support current Treo and Blackberry devices
• Set up all Blackberry accounts hosted on the Blackberry server
• Configure PDAs to receive e-mail and calendar services
• Train employees in using their PDA

Note: Departments purchase PDAs directly from the vendor.
