MS Office 2007® Training for UCOP Employees
All referenced demo and training links have been provided by Microsoft Online. 
The following demos are each 7 minutes giving a brief overview of the navigation changes and new major features in each Office 2007 application. To start demo simply click the link, then press the “Play Demo” icon on the website.
Each full training session can last between 30 to 60 minutes and provide step by step instructions on how to use the basic fuctions of each application. The training program will begin immediately after clicking one of the links below. To navigate forward and backward in the training session use the “next” and “previous” buttons or the category menu on the left hand column. You will get the most out of each training if you are able to follow along and practice, so please ensure that the Office 2007 suite is already installed on your system.
