Service Description
The current FTP services allow campuses and UCOP departments to "send/put" and "receive/get" files from the MVS and Unix environments, depending on the requirements of the system or application. This service was implemented to allow data transfers in a more easily accessible medium to a larger UC community. Please refer to the Input Specifications for each system to determine which site should be used. Access to both services requires a campus-specific userid and password.
