Service Description

IR&C maintains the online directory of UCOP staff. UCOP staff and certain other affiliates are listed in an online directory at http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/directories/ucopsearch.html.

Making Modifications to the UCOP Online Directory

• UCOP employees are automatically added to the online directory when a new IT Services Account form is received.
• Modifications to the UCOP online directory may be submitted via the Directory Updates form and are reflected online the day after IR&C completes the requested action.
• Under certain circumstances individuals without typical IT Services need to appear in the directory. These additions may be submitted via the Directory Updates form.
• Contact TechDesk to update the Outlook Global Address List.
