If you have technology questions or problems, you should contact the TechDesk in one of four ways:

    You’ll get an e-mail from our trouble ticket system, called HEAT, acknowledging your request. See the response schedule for information about problem resolution.

    Basic Services

    • Hardware and software troubleshooting
    • E-mail and calendar troubleshooting
    • Recovery of backup files where possible
    • Assistance with networked printers
    • Installation of VPN on UC owned laptops
    • Listserv setup
    • Set up of projectors/laptops in conference rooms
