Operational Financial Systems Documentation

The Endowment and Investment Accounting System (EIAS) project is an on-going initiative to replace existing mainframe systems that do not meet the current business needs of the Endowment and Investment Accounting (EIA) unit. The Endowment and Investment Accounting System integrates seven financial sub-systems. The application is a Windows-based application used by four different departments within Financial Management.

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable / Donor and Gift Maintenance

EIAS replaces the following two legacy systems:

• END Endowment Pool System
• GLC Corporate General Ledger System
