   HRMS Consortium Organization
  
  

The Steering Committee is comprised of the executive sponsors of the local HRMS implementations including the administrative vice-chancellors of UCD and UCB, and the CFO from UCDHS. It also includes the associate vice presidents of Human Resources and Benefits and Information Resources and Communications as well as the Deputy to the Senior Vice President for Business and Finance. The Steering Committee will coordinate policy direction and support the goal of achieving a standard HRMS, provide local resources, appoint working liaisons to the Consortium, review schedules and budgets, and resolve functional and technical issues which cannot be resolved by the Coordinating Committee.

The Coordinating Committee will consist of functional and technical representatives from each location implementing an HRMS as well as representatives from three departments at UCOP HR&B, IR&C, and the Senior Vice President's immediate office. The Coordinating Committee will seek to achieve consensus on the common functional and technical solutions for HRMS deployment and maintenance, and for the PPS interface. If consensus cannot be achieved, issues will be raised to the Steering Committee for resolution. Each member will work with their local teams to raise issues, identify solutions, and achieve solutions.
