The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Initiative is sponsored by the Senior Vice President for Business and Finance, Joseph P. Mullinix. As one of the first projects initiated under the auspices of the New Business Architecture, the project seeks to improve how UC manages its most valuable asset - its human resources - during a period of rapid enrollment growth. The specific goals of the project are to gather information on human resource information needs, consolidate the findings from previous studies in this area, and formulate a strategy for addressing those needs.
